Barrister Rob Latton presents a one-hour webinar on elements of civil evidence including: (i) briefs of evidence, (ii) evidence in chief, and (iii) re-examination, the shy but not-to-be-overlooked sibling of cross-examination. Barrister Steve Keall will chair the session. Rob and Steve will analyse and explain a brief of evidence.

The intended audience for the webinar is junior to intermediate litigators.

A participant must register and pay for the webinar. Any participant who actively observes the seminar without interruption and who passes a test shall receive a CPD certificate for one hour.
